These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "Player" or "you") and 1jje (hereinafter "1jje", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the online sports betting and casino platform accessible at https://1jje.cam/ (the "Platform").

• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any territory from which access to and use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law or by the operator's own policies.
• "Services" — all products, features, betting markets, games and support functions offered through the Platform.

To register and maintain an Account on 1jje, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator licence jurisdiction in which you reside or from which you access the Platform.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

• You are not using the Platform in a professional capacity on behalf of another person, and all funds wagered are your own.

Each user may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The opening of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is prohibited. 1jje reserves the right to merge, suspend or permanently close any duplicate Accounts and to withhold any associated balances pending investigation.

4.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, truthful and complete information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information the Platform may require. You must update your Account details promptly if any information changes.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC)

As part of our compliance obligations, 1jje requires Users to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or as otherwise triggered by operator policy. For Pakistani users, acceptable identity documents typically include a valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or a valid passport. Proof of residential address may also be requested. All documents must be submitted through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal only. You must never send sensitive documents via unsecured email, social media or third-party chat applications.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account whilst logged in will be deemed to have been conducted by you. Access to and use of the 1jje Platform is provided subject to these Terms. By using the Platform you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. You further agree that you will use the Platform solely for your own personal entertainment and that all decisions to wager or gamble are made voluntarily and with full awareness of the risks involved.

5.1 Permitted Use

• Placing bets and wagers on markets and games offered through the Platform in accordance with the published betting rules.
• Using the Platform's responsible gambling tools, account management features and customer support services.
• Accessing informational content, odds displays and game guides published on the Platform.

5.2 Prohibited Use

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner inconsistent with these Terms.

• Attempting to defraud 1jje or other users, including through the use of automated software, bots, or collusion.

1jje accepts deposits via the payment methods made available on the Platform's cashier at any given time. Payment methods may vary by jurisdiction and are subject to change without prior notice. All deposits must be made from a payment account or method that belongs to and is registered in the name of the Account holder — third-party funding is not permitted.

6.1 Currency & Minimum Deposits

The Platform supports Pakistani Rupee (PKR) account balances where available. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are as published in the cashier at the time of transaction. Currency conversion fees and charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the User.

6.2 Payment Method References

The following are referenced as familiar payment options commonly used in Pakistan: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. Reference to these providers does not imply that they endorse, support or are affiliated with 1jje or with gambling activities. 7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering Requirement: All bonuses carry a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30× means the bonus value must be wagered thirty times).
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: A maximum single stake applies while a bonus is active. Placing bets in excess of the stated maximum may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Different game types contribute varying percentages towards the wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games, live casino and certain other game types may contribute a lower percentage or zero. Full contribution rates are published within each individual promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses must be claimed and wagering requirements completed within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from the Account automatically.
• Maximum Cash-out: Unless stated otherwise, bonus winnings may be subject to a maximum cash-out limit regardless of the actual amount won. Any winnings above this limit will be forfeited.

7.2 Abuse & Fraud

1jje reserves the right to cancel, withhold or claw back any bonus or promotion where there is reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage exploitation or any other form of promotion manipulation. In cases of confirmed abuse, the Account may be suspended or permanently closed.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by verified Account holders whose KYC documentation has been approved. Withdrawal methods available to a User are determined by the operator and may not include all methods offered for deposits. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method that belongs to and is registered in the same name as the Account holder.

8.1 Processing Times

Withdrawal processing times vary by method and operator. 1jje does not guarantee specific payout timelines. Processing periods are estimates only and may be extended where additional verification is required or where account review is in progress. Users will be notified by email when a withdrawal request has been processed.

8.2 Conditions Precedent to Withdrawal

• KYC verification must be fully completed and approved.
• All active bonus wagering requirements associated with the balance must be completed in full.
• The Account must be in good standing — not suspended, under review or subject to responsible gambling restrictions that prevent withdrawal.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum withdrawal limit published in the cashier.

9.1 Bet Acceptance

1jje and its underlying odds providers reserve the right to limit, restrict or refuse any bet at any time without being required to provide a reason. Odds and markets are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. A bet is accepted only upon the issuance of a confirmed bet reference number or confirmation receipt.

9.2 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in circumstances including, but not limited to: the event being cancelled or abandoned, a manifest error in odds pricing, evidence of match-fixing, or circumstances where the bet would not have been accepted under normal operating conditions. Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the User's Account balance.

9.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) bets are subject to a brief delay between submission and acceptance to mitigate latency exploitation. The Platform does not guarantee that any in-play market will remain available throughout an event. 1jje accepts no liability for connection failures, latency or interrupted in-play sessions caused by factors outside its control.

10.1 Available Responsible Gambling Tools

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1jje Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether personally or through a third party.

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in collusion with other users, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker or casino games.
• Engaging in arbitrage, matched betting, or systematic exploitation of pricing errors.
• Attempting to launder money or funds of illegal origin through the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse or threatening behaviour towards 1jje staff or other users.

1jje reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account involved in prohibited conduct and to withhold or forfeit balances pending investigation. Where evidence of criminal activity is found, 1jje may report the matter to the appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authority.

All content published on the 1jje Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, odds displays, software, databases and compiled data — is the intellectual property of 1jje or its licensed third-party content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and database laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 1jje. Scraping, crawling or automated extraction of data from the Platform is prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1jje and its officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.

1jje makes no representation or warranty that the Platform will be continuously available, free from error or secure from unauthorised access. Where service interruptions occur, 1jje will use reasonable endeavours to restore access promptly but accepts no liability for losses sustained during any period of unavailability.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Pakistan has gambling restrictions, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. The legal status of online and remote gambling may vary depending on applicable legislation, jurisdiction and the specific nature of the activity in question.

1jje does not claim to be licensed, approved, regulated or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any Pakistani provincial authority, or any Pakistani financial institution, payment provider or sports league. 1jje reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time.
